RE:The Back-to-Normal IndexI agree this is a value investment, as in a year we will no longer be in the $3's, or $2's if it drops yet. Will have $4+ as low. Then will depend on when/if/how much distribution, that will increase from there.

Though, AHIP isn't there yet. Probably won't have profitable quarter until Q2 or Q3. I'm hoping for Q2. AHIP is unique where they have long term stays and aren't holiday focused (so the below statement from the link is true, but not as bad).
