You have an awesome point Naissance, indirectly Bellemarre was suspected "abusive" to his own Bombardier shareholders as they never receiced any return of investments from a very long period of time. The past is the past as you could go deeper for accounting research to remember what was happen:
NORMALLY A CORPORATION HAVING VERY SERIOUS FINANCE ISSUES AND CARRYING HEFTY DEBTS LOADS, THE CEO SHOULD NEVER RECEIVE, AS RECOMMANDED, SUCH ASTRONOMIC SEVERANCE PAY AND TO GET FURTHER INTO DEBTS. IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. THIS IS WHY ANALYSTS PERHPAS ARE PUNISHING BOMBARDIER COMPANY TO DOWNGRADE THE SHARE PRICE, BUT WHO TO BLAME BELLEMARRE OR THE CEO BOARD OF DIRECTORS? WAS THIS PROCESS HONESTLY LEGAL?   

                     Remember Bombardier should never have been a penny stock!
