Uplisting to TSX Question

Uplisting to TSX QuestionAny readers here have any experience in this area? My reading indicates uplisting to TSX includes the parameter of pre-tax profitability. Is this correct? If so how can we uplist if our revenue is nil? Does this mean they are expecting revenue soon? Any info appreciated.
