Does Anybody Else find SRG is an unusual Purchase

Does Anybody Else find SRG is an unusual PurchaseINP is involved in agriculture.  It seems this is where the management and directors have the experience.  What I find unusual is the purchase of SRG in a sector that is in no way related to what INP actually does.  I would like to know how SRG fits in the future of INP when the industries are totally different.  Does anybody else find this purchase kinda weird for a company like INP?  Just my two cents, cheers Charlie.
