A number of key shareholders and insiders holding about 67% of shares outstanding. 40.7

27% of float is locked

1.2 Million shares were from the old shell.

So after the tightly held and the locked there is about 15 million shares out there and I know there are more tightly held. But let;s call it about 15 Million shares so I do not have to explain it much further.
