Company salaries wtf over !

Was looking at investing with this company and came across there yearly salaries ! From a company with a 33million dollar cap and this management group pays them selves an astronomical amount!! Someone said ceo buying up shares i would to if i was psid 780,000 a year to make it look like i believe in my company when really what im doing is keeping un informed investors on the hook !!!!
