Services include cybersecurity services, protective services as well as security system design, sales, installations, and monitoring and alarm response. Under cybersecurity services, it provides managed security services (MSS), vulnerability and risk analysis, cybersecurity consulting services, CISO consulting, and others. Under physical security services, it provides on-site security guard, remote continuous camera monitoring, mobile patrol and investigative services. Under electronic security services, it designs, builds, installs, and monitors electronic security systems for corporate clients.

The commonality here is Input is part owned and run by Doug Emsley and SRG is owned and run by Doug Emsley. Both are in completely different economic sectors and have no bearing or relationship with each other except the Owner.

Stinks worse then the Eric Blue Deal. I'm betting SRG is in trouble as well. Nothing adds up other than another greasy attempt for Emsley to line his pockets at shareholder expense.
