The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

Jainvest, TGIF (formally Friday Night") IPO was in 2017 and changed its name to 1933 industries the following year...I'm from Port Moody BC and I know one of the people who helped obtain the AMA licence and helped build the company from start.  

Not sure what 1933 industries you think your buddy invested in in 2009 at $3 but it wasn't this one...there were no cultivation licences approved by NV back then. 

it's obvious you are full of s**t and your lack of intelligence is quite amusing to say the least!
