Only two wells are licenced: 1. Permit #500917 is held by Naturo and is for the bottling facility. This permit is for 8.5M3 per day and 3,120M3 per year. The second license also belongs to Naturo and is for irrigation purposes only. It is allowed 289,560M3 per year.
The remaining permits (unlicenced) are for irrigation, water supply (cattle) and domestic water supply.
There is only one well licensed to remove water for the bottling facility.
These are current permits which are listed on the BC governments website site.

You cannot automatically convert irrigation licenses to water removal licences. When you irrigate the vast majority of the water landing on the surface returns to the aquifer (except for evaporation). Water removal is a different thing which is why the existing water licence for the bottling facility is so small.
