To run a business one has to be skilled, adaptive, resilient and take risks if you have to.
ThTX has some talented folks but they are not adapting to constantly changing market conditions thus falling behind the competition.
If you do something which has not resluted in success you have to look for the reasons not excuses and make the necessary changes ASAP, you never give up and keep looking and learning.
They have not done any of that so far.
