Drop shipping to clients?

Drop shipping to clients?During the pres yesterday, when asked about production capacity, Peter had mentioned that they can 'drop ship' directly to the client. He also mentioned that they have no shortage of suppliers.

In this context, does that literally mean that the suppliers will ship the components directly to the client, and then they would build in house?

This is amazing if so, unbounded production with no bottlenecks. 

Please correct me if I misunderstood, but this seems amazing.
