WarrantsIn the past I have seen a slight drag on the prices once they are accelerated. The VWAP needs to stay above 1.20 daily for 20 consecutive days though, the company then has 10 days to notify holders, you then have 30 days to execute the warrants. Hopefully there is an announcement in that time which accelerates the share price before that. You can either execute the warrants and pay an additional .85 per share, many will sell a portion of their willow to pay for the execution, you can sell your warrants to new investors who will execute them, or you can let them expire and get nothing(dumb). The warrants should trade slightly above, but pretty much in lock step with conversion value. I am 100% sticking with the warrants because of the 3x leverage in the mean time.
It will normally take a few days after execution for the shares to appear in your account but you could always sell them short by the amount your converting as you know you will be recieving them.
Hopefully the company can announce revenue before the conversion and we'll all be too rich to care that its going to cost us .85/ wt to convert
