Pump and Dump?

Pump and Dump?EMN is very suspicious 200 million shares outstanding negative cash flow and their product is currently worth $1.00 / lb and they are marketing it as use in batteries in electric cars the problem is all major car makers going electric are trending toward a solid state battery which doesn't use manganese. I have heard rumors that they have Tesla on board I highly doubt it. Stock has skyrocketed on these rumors from .06 to 0.66/share
