RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TanguayWhy would smart money invest?  How do you attract smart money or the big boys with a deal like this?  It is not as if this deal made management look particularly competent.  Or that management has the ability to market the company to investors.  If they had that ability then the deal would have been done at a higher price.
