RE:RE:RE:On the subject of RCK share capHi Everyone,

Rock Tech announcement is interesting, it shows small juniors can attract big $ investors to early stage (PFS and is really early stage) projects.  However you could also argue this deal is more about 1st mover advantage trying to build a chemical plant in Europe than about a Lithium mine in Ontario.

Hard to figure how much of this is going to turn into reality or just that the PR work is genious.

They want to site a plant close to the TSLA Giga factory in Germany as well as VW "if possible"... the PR says TSLA "could" be a strategic partner. They still need to raise 400 million but now have credibility based on some billionaire investors that have taken equity stakes in the company.

The premise of this deal seems to be like the movie "Field of dreams" "build it and they will come"

The deal does not yet involve Auto or Cathode manufacturers or off-take agreements.
Is RCK actually in talks with TSLA or just making big assumptions becuase they
are trying to locate a building site right next door.

Is it the billionaire stakes or TSLA speculation making the stock run?

On Battery day TSLA announced a strategy to build their own Hydroxide plant beside the giga-factory in Nevada.

So...wouldn't it make sense for TSLA to also build a hydroxide plant beside the giga factory in germany when the time is right! " instead of partnering with RCK".

Couldn't they also just source more spodumene in North America for an expanded Nevada chemical plant and ship Hydroxide directly to Germany, why have a third party do it when you've already decided to bring hydroxide production in house?

Must admit jealousy over the RCK stock price move though wow.

Great returns for sure for some investors, but if you where a longer term investor like some the old folks who have been here for 10 years or more, consider you would have had 2 (10 for 1 share consolidations) over the years, so if you initially held 1,000,000 shares of RCK they turned into 100,000 then into 10,000 shares.

Hmmm; last time I checked all my CRE shares, they are all still "whole shares" not 1/100 th of a share

cheers
