Auxly has a supply agreement with Lotus for discounted product up to 1000kg per year, but Lotus still makes a profit of over $1 per gram on everything Auxly buys from them... if Auxly buys more than their 1000kgs per year, they're paying market wholesale rates that any other company would pay... with the first expansion, Lotus will be selling around 7000kgs per year, but the supply agreement with Auxly will still be for only 1000kgs per year.... furthermore, Auxly owns zero shares in Lotus now (they had to sell their shares because they needed the cash), so there is actually minimal partnership remaining between the two companies
