I'm betting on Jeff based on my experience with him. A blind faith. Do all the info below is likely to look very stupid on my part. 

I don't remember exactly when this was discussed, but I had $11usd for Mantalva. But I know things have changed slightly since then with rates/contracts and I have about $10usd in mind. 

I'm still not sure how sage ranch will be sold or leased. But have always had a $2-$4 range on that. But really, I haven't used anything more than napkin math and really don't know the specifics. 

I put no value on blue mountain and gauzy glass, and believe realblock is dead as well. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm heavily invested, but really just because of Jeff.
