I am still here.  I don't patrol these bullboards every day.....  lately I have been taking advantage of the great weather on the prairies here and getting some jobs completed for spring.  I have also started some renovation projects, and am trying to stay busy around the house and shop during this pandemic.

The PP is real.  Took some down myself and added to my position to lower my overall cost base. I do know for sure it was offered behind the scenes to investors that were here early and who participated/or had discussions in the conference calls last fall.  I was contacted to ask if I would contribute.  As far as being offered to large investment houses or "big whales", I cannot confirm that.  My speculation is that the new director likely has contacts as he seems to be well connected.

I have seen this before in another stock I was heavily invested in...  GSI.V.  They had great cash flow and a good thing going, and boom....  diluted 20 m shares and 20 m warrants behind the scenes (at a price below the market) to add extra cash for their "sales funnel".  It pissed me off to no end, and I eventually liquidated the bulk of my large position at a small loss.  Now, look at price of GSI today (3 to 4 years later).   Ironically....  A large portion of my GSI cash ended up here at QNC.

I told myself I would never be that impatient again.  Find a story you believe in, and hold.  The GSI story would have been a 4 to 5 bagger for me for a 4 year wait... which is a lot better than the 1.5% GIC at the bank.

Back to QNC.....  why a 5 cent PP?  Ultimately, they got backed into a corner in regards to cash flow.  The 7 cent PP last fall, in conjunction with the virtual road show, ultimately was a flop because no one had faith that the CMOS chip would get built in a timely manner.  The "irons in the fire" on possible deals appeared to fall through, and a lot of investors lost faith.  The September news release created a short spike in price, but it did not sustain any momentum.  It appeared that the existing QNC plan was going to take a long time to come to fruition and long term investors got frustrated and impatient. The share price got to 3 cents to prove it.

I will say this, previous management did a great job at being frugal.  They did get the bulk of the patents in place, and did it with it Zero dilution.  They also lived by the sword of "no fluff news" and zero promotion.  I talked to them fairly consistently and would never say a bad thing about them....  but ultimately, the BOD made a decision to go in a different direction, and realized it was time to advance the company to the next step.  And changes were made.

So, Enter Bellido and a new focus towards health care.  Enter a PP to raise $2 million cash with the possibility of another $6 million (in the form of warrants).  Enter dilution and the chance at liquidity in the stock.  Enter the reality of now having funds to complete a working prototype and the possibility of finally partnering with someone to have an actual application for the tech.  Enter the age of the most online, work from home, holy sh!t everything is a zoom meeting.  Enter the age of where security, confidentiality and the need for privacy is paramount.

It is very evident if you just listen.....  There are so many people working from home.  And I also know that the transition of going to the doctor's office is being transitioned to phone calls and virtual meetings from home too.  I will say it again, Security and Privacy is paramount.  Protection of confidential information is a paramount.  There are a lot of greasy hackers out there.  And Bricks and Mortar is dying a slow painful death due to COVID 19.  Business and personal dealings is transitioning to IOT.

And I agree with SEXTANT, that the tech is cutting edge.  Do your DD here.  Electron based vs. Photon based.  Massive...  and impressive!  We may be still be early to this story but that is OK.  I for one will continue to have patience and watch.  I fully believe QRNG 2 is the answer for future securtity needs.

and at last, enter some excitement back into this play!  Liquidity is a great thing....  lots of chat and eyes on the stock is a good thing.  Buyers have been stepping up.

I have talked to M. Rousseau once, very brief (10 minutes).  I did not get into any deep details....  Only to introduce myself.  My First impression is that he is very professional and is easy to talk to too.  Our conversation ended with a brief discussion about hunting and fishing.  So he seems like a likeable guy to me already.  I look forward to more conversations with him in the future to answer my questions and discuss his vision for QNC success.

Well enough blabbering from me for today...  I have other things to do.  We had a big windstorm here the other night, and there are tree branches everywhere on the farm that need cleaning up.

I have said it before, and will say again, be patient.  I believe that if you buy and hold, you will ultimately be rewarded here (one day).  But to quote a good friend of mine, "to each their own".

And....  don't be alarmed if I don't post here for another month.  I am not AWOL, I just have other things on my plate.

Good Luck,
FI4
