Why do you thing they decided a PP for 40 M shares ? This is for some investors to become major share holders

The 2M$ financing is announced like I said yesterday, 5c for 40M shares, 0.15$ warrents for 12 months, hold period of 4 months. 

Is this a plot to give control to Soundbite and merge the 2? maybe, but whoever gets in on that PP will have control.
