Risky, I would say the Fair Value price is sometimes conservative and as such, generally quite valid. The 1-star valuation is extremely speculative and based on a significant, revenue generating NR. I've included two reviews, one a slightly dated, but scientific research paper reviewing the reliability of Morningstar. I would skip the bulk of the paper and just read the conclusion ....unless you're really interested. Hope this helps.
