RE:RE:RE:LVX

RE:RE:RE:LVX

I sent an inquiry to Fosterville South's investment relations yesterday morning regarding the process of the Leviathan Gold approval and commencement of trading on the TSXV.

Personally, I am not having any problem with my brokerage, and my Levaiathan shares are held in a registered account, not a cash account. Like some on ths bulletin board have stated, I also do have a friend who has been contacted by their institution and was given 90 days to dispose of the Leviathan shares due to inactivity of trading and no quote.

I received a reply quite promptly that states .... .

"Regarding the spinout of Leviathan Gold, we don't have an exact date yet but we are confident that it will begin trading within the next two weeks (sometime in January).

For now, the matter is out of our hands, but we will issue a press release when we receive final word from the TSXV exchange about the commencement date for trading.

I hope this information helps."

So .... we sit tight for another week or two, once Leviathan Gold starts trading, I'm of the opinion that there will no longer be any problems or issues for those Leviathan shareholders who have been contacted by their instituton(s).

GLTA !
