RE:NewsI was really impressed by this news.  I was having a hard time understanding the Way of Will aquisition but it now makes sense.  I am happy to increase my position expecting good thing out of this company.  Pubco's have a hard time getting valued as a conglomerate but there are obvious synergies with the Way of Will acquistion I overlooked.
