I'm a shareholder but im also realistic. No Blackberry patent settlement to date is in the hundreds of millions let alone billions. In many of those cases there was several patents in dispute. In this case it's been whittled down to one. With respect to the potential settlement, in the past 5 days the market value is up almost 3 billion. Do you really think Facebook is going to pay 3 billion dollar for a single patent?
