QCA's City View Green holding

QCA's City View Green holdingOne of Quinsam's largest postions is City View Green

I having been playing this one separately as it wildly slingshots up and down from month to month (e.g today up 57%).  The only other Cannbis play I own other than QCA. I'm not a day trader, but I have doubled my money 2 or 3 times.Figured if it was good enough for Roger, it was good enough for me.

Per QCA's Sept 30, 2020 portfolio listing their cost  on this one is $ 697k with a then (Sept 30) market value  of $ 2.334 M (CVGR = .08)

Based on todays price (CVGR = .11) that value would be $ 3.209M (assuming they continue to hold the shares - with no indication or guaranttee that they do

In any event, it would almost seem that 2, 3 and 4+  baggers are abounding within the portfolio, despite the general Cannabis market being up a mere 80% or so since Sept 30, 2020 (the last Qtr that QCA has reported on)

How much will their .30 NAV (as at Sept 30) increase by?  30%?, 50%?, 100%  more?
With quite a few home-runs, it's sort of hard to imagine that it's less than 100%

MM

PS  Stilll hoping for a Special divvy for 2020, for the patient shareholders.
