RE:Need Help From the BoardYou are correct: website is sadly out of date.  If you go to the "News" tab at the top and then click on the sedar.com link, you will find the current news releases and financial statements.  The company is definitely still alive though and is currently working on raising funds to do more work on the Sunbeam gold project.  If fundraising is successful, and the gold price holds, things could improve very quickly.
