RE:RE:Wow! Total incompetence!!!I am sorry, but can someone please explain how this management team managed to breach their responsibilities with this asset they paid $5 million US for to not only lose the rights to the asset, but also have to pay cash out of their pocket to Bausch?

As a shareholder I am considering suing the Directors and Officers for this gross negligence.
