From his December news letter https://www.chenpicks.com/archive/outlook2021.pdf At the bottom of the letter: Looking forward, I am also holding POE and KUB and adding TGA on weaknesses. I am mostly out of refiners like VLO/HFC for very nice gains in 2020. I am neutral on energy for 2021 and intend to hold a small position. If oil really breaks out due to a strong economy rebound, I can add more and pick up more stocks.
