RE:RE:RE:Wow! Total incompetence!!!Sure, I'd be happy to tell you. In fact, let me take this opportunity to reiterate -- surely without gloating -- what I've been telling the three or four delusional cheerleaders on this board (no disrespect intended here, Pabs) that when you have an Interim CEO who is certified as the Stupidest Man in the World, every development that follows will not be necessarily positive. If you're serious about the class-action suit, count me in. Pabs, you are a colourful character, and I'll miss seeing your hopeful posts about how the sugar-plum fairy is coming to deliver you a pile of cash in the form of Trulance arbitration, but there are plenty of other fish in the sea. I hope you didn't get hurt too bad placing your trust in Craig Mull, but the man is a pipsqueak who probaly still thinks he can run a public company, even after this latest in a string of debacles. You're right to get out Monday, Pabs. The arbitration is going to result in Mull writing a cheque to Bausch for $5 million. As Nelson says in each episode of The Simpsons, "Haw-haw!"
