The only single stock I own, newb question..

Congrats to all, what an exciting day. I've been invested with them for 10years. Just bought it and let it ride because I believed this could be huge.
I'm a mutual fund investor but this was my "nail biter" single stock haha. My question is what happens if you don't sell and the stock gets bought out by a big company? Also if they go to the nasdaq do we have to do any thing as we are invested on the TSX? Or will our shares just one day be trading on a different market (nasdaq).
thank you and sorry if this is an annoying question I'm not well versed in this.
