RE:RE:RE:RE:CEO selling So move on. Done. If this stock will be adversely affected by the CEO selling a small part of his holdings, then one should consider it even a riskier investment than it is. And note that he filed the intention to sell starting Jan 21st. He could sell all that day, or he could spread it out over time....his call but it is a reasonable assumption that he will try to do it in a way to maximize his return.
