RE:First tranche is closed Okay now...let's get this company moving.  O.S. is redundant, time to look forward not back.
If I'm reading this correctly, insiders dropped big to keep this viable.
Is there any concern that this will up the possibility of the insiders controlling and taking it private just when revenue seems imminent...just thinking outloud....either way, very positive developments.
