The Company is focused on progressing its fluorspar projects towards exploitation, production and supplying metspar and acidspar to the markets. Its Lost Sheep Fluorspar Project is located in the Spor Mountain area, Juab County, Utah, approximately 214 km south-west of Salt Lake City. The Company owns 100% of the project, which covers an area of approximately 5,982 acres. It has completed over 8,000 meters (m) of geophysical IP surveys on the Bell Hill historic mine area, at the Spor Mountain in Utah, correlating geophysical anomalies with both known fluorspar mineralization, and identifying new anomalies with similar geophysical signatures to known existing fluorspar pipes.

Mining: Our joint venture (dominant shareholder) enterprise Ares Strategic Mining has two mines, respectively located in the United States and Canada. According to our plan, the LOST Sheep project in the United States is scheduled to start pro-duction at the end of 2020, with the target of producing no less than 20,000 tons of fluorite raw ore per month.

Fluorite concentration plant: We plan to design and install concentration plant with  ore consumption capacity of 13000MT/Month , which can produce 6000-7000MT/Month for fluorite lumps.
