Its North American network consists of about 17 business units, including 14 in the United States covering 47 states and three in Canada covering all 10 provinces. RE:RE:RE:Pursuing Strategic Partnerships - Update on MondayInteresting development.  Just looking at the size of these two companies in Europe this is positive news for Couche-Tard shareholders.  It means these two giants would have synergies of scale in terms of their businesses.  It also means they will be working together in Europe which might open the door down the road with Couche-Tard buying some Carrefour stores in some European countries or Carrefour buying some of Couche-Tard European chains.  Additionally, it could be very profitable if Couche-Tard brought the Carrefour brand to Canada something big because Couche-Tard already knows the Canadian market and Canadian consumers would see European quality goods that they could buy in these stores.  I would expect we should see a jump Monday over $40 just my two cents.  All the best, Charlie.
