Greenbriar Sustainable Living Inc. is a developer of sustainable entry-level housing and renewable energy projects. The Company’s primary business is the acquisition, management, development, and possible sale of real estate and renewable energy projects. It operates through three segments: real estate development in the United States (Real Estate), solar energy projects in Puerto Rico (Solar Energy) and corporate headquarters located in Canada (Corporate). The Company is focused on building two large-scale projects, namely Sage Ranch in Tehachapi, California and Montalva in Guanica, Puerto Rico. Sage Ranch is a real estate community of over 995 entry-level homes in the Tehachapi Valley, a community located in southern California. Just to give you an update on whether GRB will be a 2X or 5X or 10X, the answer is 10X.
 
As far as my history and track record is concerned the facts show its been 10X and higher!
 
Here are the reasons why:
 
Western Wind 
 
Minera Cortez became Western Wind on Feb. 18, 2002.  During 2002 the shares hit a low of 25 cents for a few weeks.  In late 2003 the shares hit $3.75.  That was a 15X gain.  Prior to Western Wind the company was a mining shell called Minera Cortez (MIM).  MIM went public on Dec. 23, 2000 at 30 cents.  It was a simple name change to Western Wind on Feb. 18, 2002. During all of 2001 you could of bought MIM for 25 to 35 cents,  Two years later $3.75 when it was called Western Wind (WND).  10X in 2 years.  It traded up and down as players played, dreamers dreamed and bashers bashed. Yet, My focus was building assets consistently and relentlessly with an average annual asset growth rate of 60% CAGR year over year from 2002 to 2013.  In 2007 the stock was as low as a buck, and in June 2008 we traded 500,000 per day up to $4.35.   People made fortunes and lost fortunes based on their own trading strategies, not based on my continual execution of non-stop asset growth.  At the height of the 2009 super recession WND sank to 60 cents, it then went back to $2 in a few months.
Final exit $2.60 cash.   But you could of bought all you wanted in Dec 2010 for $1.00 and sold in Oct 2011 for $2.50.   2002 25 cents ---- 2012 $3.25 . 13X in 10 years.  2002 25 cents ------ 2003 $3.75 15X for 1 year.  Pick your poison.

GRB went public in Sept 2009 as a 10 cent IPO.   It opened at 50 cents.  5X gain in 3 days.  Stayed at 50 cents for 3 years and climbed to 80 cents Feb. 2013. March 2013 started to climb to $3.25.  4X in a few months. Stayed in 3ish range for 14 months an then crept down to $1.50 ish for a few years.  60 cents in 2016.  $1.50 in 2017. 2.5X in 1 year.   Up and down. 
50 cents in March 2020.  $4.63 in June 2020.  9X in 3 months. Currently $1.60

Will share price double within 30 days because the FOMB freaks out about the new administration's strong arm to build massive solar in Puerto Rico? Yes!  The Dems control the House, The Senate and the White House.  Massive focus on Puerto Rico.  Why?
Dems want Puerto Rico to be the 51st State. 6 new Congressmen. 2 Senators and 4 to 5 Reps.
Plus, all Dems demanding Solar.  Natalie does not want to lose her massive salary. Plus majority of FOMB now want all the 563MW approved. She will concede out of her own survival.
Is this inside info?  No!  Why?  Because everyone knows Biden and the Dems are pro Solar and pro Puerto Rico. Plus I always told the public, the FOMB was a formality. Drama? Yes. Formality?
Yes!  FOMB will approve all 563MW.  I said that in June of 2020!  Do I see GRB as a 5X to 10X?
Yes... 1 to 2 years? Yes.
 
Captiva Verde
 
Captiva Verde was called Arrowhead Water for 20+ years as a public company.  It was NOT my company.

I took over the company in Sept - Oct. 2013 when the shares were trading at 1 cent ($0.01) Yes, One Cent.

I bought 1.4 million shares up to 3 cents. Then I declared in Oct 2013 that I was taking over as the new CEO.  Stock traded heavy volume to 62 cents within a few weeks.  20X gain in weeks. Everyone made a fortune.  I funded the company, built 9,000 acres of organic farms, changed the name to Captiva Verde Industries. Symbol change from AWA to VEG. Raised lots of money. Growing problems, shareholder fighting. Not my company.  Many people from the previous 20+ years were infighting.  I left the Board and Company on Sept. 12 2016.  Company got delisted on Oct. 23, 2016 at 8 cents.

Old shareholders and current directors were a disaster. I took over the delisted company from the graveyard. Created new Captiva Verde Land Corp. Old shareholders got a full one for one for the new company. No rollback. Everyone had their full shares. 85 million shares outstanding.

Changed the symbol from VEG to PWR

Pre-IPO at 5 cents per share.  IPO on Oct. 8, 2018 at 10 cents. 30 cents within a few months. 6X and 3X.   Stock traded over 140 Million shares since early 2019.  Went to over 75 cents. 7X in 2 years.

Currently 27 cents.  Will it double or 10X. Yes and yes.  Within 12 months. Yes.  Why?  No time to discuss and wrong forum.  Greenbriar owns 10.7 Million shares of PWR.

Enjoy the ride.  Next 30 days should be real fun.  I bought 15,000 shares last week up to $1.66
I will buy 35,000 on Monday up to $2.00

I have no inside information or non-public information.  The Biden election is over and the dems love solar and will push solar big time in Puerto Rico. Its all public info!

My first public company was in 1985 and there was no company I ran that my investors did not make a 10X.  If you buy at the high and sell at the low, you will lose money.
