RE:RE:RE:RE:Update to GRBSlave

RE:RE:RE:RE:Update to GRBSlaveThere is no way of knowing the share price will increase 5x or 10X, and if so, when this will happen. There was a huge momentum in 2020 to get Montalva over the finish line, but here we are in 2021 and we are still watching how politics and red tape results in additional delays, even though the project is a no brainer. Just to illustrate that there are certain elements that we do not control.

If you're investing in GRB, you're mainly investing in Jeff's capabilities of bringing this home. His track record speaks for itself. His postings on this bullboard alone will demonstrate that he is highly knowledgeable, well connected, experienced, very approachable and optimistic and also takes care of the (retail) shareholders. This is the main reason why I (since 2017), and a lot of others retail shareholders have and are still invested in GRB. If you did not already do so, I would recommend to go through the messages of JeffCeo on this board.

I'm personally waiting for construction of Montalva and Sage Ranch to get started and will evaluate then whether it makes sense to divest. I agree however that it would be good to see some updated valuations. A court order valuation was made for Montalve years ago, estimating the NPV at 178 million USD https://money.tmx.com/en/quote/GRB:OMG/news/4724142186395815 . This was years ago, and a number of important factors have changed (such as the price per kwh, potential size of the project, battery storage...) so this valuation is probably not that useful anymore.
