But your logical deduction falls short because the filing does NOT say he will sell on the Jan 21st. He filed the intentio, he can execute it over the months to come, bit by bit, or he may not even sell at all. Just like NCIB, they have to file it they wish to do it, but they don't have to buy a single share. This is nothing to talk about given how much more important things there are.
