RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CEOYes, but usually it is so that they can sell when they want to, but they do have to be mindfulbof material news lurking. One could also say that he needs cash, there is news coming that will likely raise the pricr so he wants to be ready to sell into the rise after it is announced. To me it is nothing news either way given the small amount of what he controls.

canyousayiii wrote: You are correcf, unless he has a cash crunch it would nof make sense go sell before one anticipated a rise in SP. But your logical deduction falls short because the filing does NOT say he will sell on the Jan 21st. He filed the intentio, he can execute it over the months to come, bit by bit, or he may not even sell at all. Just like NCIB, they have to file it they wish to do it, but they don't have to buy a single share. This is nothing to talk about given how much more important things there are.

CEO selling his shares can only mean one thing.
There is NO news coming out in the next month or two.
If there was a huge order in a few weeks, he of course knows about it
and wouldn't want to sell now. He would wait until the news.
I think that is very clear.
This is NOT bashing but stating the facts.
