I do believe that Mike Rose is definitely one of the best, what i like is that he has created a Royality company that allow him to move assets from TOU to Topaz and get a much higher evaluation. 

In the last quater he used royality spin offs from new acquired assets to finance the purchases of new company and make his 2021 targets without trying. 

However don't forget this, that Sue Riddel Rose, Mikes wife is one of the largest shareholders in POU. So i am pretty sure TOU, POU have some pretty close ties and may exchanges a few ideas from time to time, over Turkey dinners. 

So i think if you looking for the most insightful management, with the best connections and knowledge of what going on in the oil patch.

Those are the two companies. Both of them are much more then simple Oil and Gas exploration companies.
