Its segments include UnCrewed Systems (UxS), Loitering Munition Systems (LMS), and MacCready Works (MW). The UxS segment focuses primarily on small, unmanned aircraft system (SUAS) products, medium UAS products, and unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) products. The LMS segment focuses primarily on tube-launched aircraft that deploy with the push of a button and fly at higher speeds than small UAS products. The MW segment focuses on research and development in the areas of robotics, sensors, software analytics, data intelligence, and connectivity.

AVAV likely to be included in the new ARKX

Everyone is following Cathie Wood and the ARK Invest team investments. Sub orbital drones are a category in the newly announced ARKX Space Exploration ETF. They already hold AVAV in their autonomous & robotics ETF, but this is sure to be another tailwind.
