Thanks, never occurred to me to check SEDAR, but there they were.

Both the acquisition and opportunities companies are each sitting on a couple thousand cash. That's it.

I has originally thought the plan was to use these to actually spin off some of RKS' other investments?

Hasn't gone anywhere yet, not sure at this stage it ever will?
