The insiders have found ways around the MCTO...only "regular" shareholders will bear the brunt of this failed company.

Who is even left, other than the "CEO" who refused to be named CEO because he prefers getting conulting fees, and the part-time CFO who seems to want to do anything other than address auditors' questions? Maybe his real job pays him more than his side gig at RLV?

There isn't a real Board of Directors, no executive team, just Aurelio cashing consulting checks and sucker shareholders making excuses for months while ALMOST EVERYTHING ELSE HAS GAINED 10-20%!
