To anyone who is having problems with their online broker I would suggest having a look at Qtrade. I started with Credential Direct 18 years ago because they were affiliated with my Credit Union. A few years ago Credential Direct merged with Qtrade. I was apprehensive at first but the new entity has been even better. I used to have to phone Credential to do my TFSA contributions but that is now a simple online transfer. I don't think I've called them since the merger. If I really had to strive to find something to complain about, they take a lot longer than RBC to prepare my monthly statements (still waiting on my December statement) - but of course that info is available the following day in Account History.

XBC was tradeable on the first day of the uplisting and level 2 was available the next day.
