a company there is building a very large bio fuel plant were they intend to use hemp biomass to make it france is the largest producer of hemp in europe since rti is in france developing technology at a lab in lyon you would think they could work with this companyto extract valuable cannabiniods before making bio fuel the company requirers 1000ha to supply plant frances start to the global economic re set in their country many countries will do the same
