3.get 8500 in the air
4.optimizing business (the hardest job) by reducing the workforce to min. 400000 cad income per employee per year.
5.get ready for the bigest project in canadian AIROSPACE  history: military aircraft.
6.THEY HAVE TO CONSOLIDATE MANUFACTURING PROCESS by buyng supliers . This is the only way to keep cost under control and to reduce it.
This are 6 avenues that they have to work hard at the macromanagement level.

IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CHANGE THE MENTALITY at micro management level. Please belive me .i know. At micro level the problem is BIGER than at macro level.I DO NOT WANT TO GO DOWN TO DETAILS BUT DOWN THERE IS A HUGE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED.
