Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

Financial report not to be issued before end of February...or 6 weeks from now!

Note: at on point Randy was mentionning that he may split ALA in 2 entities.....
Probably the the WGL holding aa a regulated utililies providing stability and growth where the newco will have 57 % of the normalized EBITDA.
Probably a new name and listed on the big board and TSE

The other part would be an integrated midstream busines including RIPET and the recent 74 % Petrogas acquisition and keeping the same name !
For sure something is cooking behind doors !
