you shouldn't - you are dead on.

Board is terrible. Their trades last year were highly suspect. Most of the board add zero value.

They rubber stamped the CF contract that had no teeth. Carlo got hookwined by Richard Thorpe and crew. Never diviersified with Nokia or anyone else. Lack of management 101.
