The permits were secured after public consultations, environmental reviews and numerous court challenges. All the rules were followed.
Hundreds of millions of dollars have already gone into the project - none of it Joe Biden's - and he is going to overrule the legislative process because he's the President. Ladies and gentlemen, that's not how democracies operate. That's how dictators of banana republics operate.
