Hey Swyint,

I expect Q reporting within 60 days and year end within 90 days. I believe those rules apply to the TSX Venture.

Sept 30 plus 60 days brings me to end of December.

So, yes, Relevium Tech is still late on disclosure.

Does it matter to them? It should.
