Hi Moe,

Good trade!, I wasn't expecting they issue equity so quick, and was thinking they may wait until some further news such as off-takes, partners, financing, at much higher share price.

You still should consider NLC, which is only $450 millions cap, meanwhile LAC is 3.5 billions cap, so NLC has much gain percentage wise. I am fully loaded with NLC, plus ML, my LAC is really small in comparison with the other two.
