RE:Our departed neighborI agree Tinker,
Timing is everything, Howard Klein also says "Debt kills Equity" especially in a declining market and NMX got caught up in both a market decline with too much debt then on top of that under estimated CAPEX requirement by additional 375 million dollars, but nothing wrong with the only thing odd was to not put the chemical plant at the mine site.
Talk about timing, as we see recently TSLA off takes are now company making deals, yet one of the first TSLA supply agreements was Pure Energy in (2015). Since then they have only managed to get Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) in 2018 and that’s it. Did a reverse share consolidation in Nov 2020. Have a partner in Schlumberger (SLB) to develop a brine project in Clayton valley Nevada. You would think it should have everything going for it but even with TSLA supply agreement this seems to struggle. Was timing (too early) and technology bad as DLE projects still not proven. The stock got to 5.50 in 2015, but today after the reverse split and only 32 million shares outstanding market cap is only 39 million.
CRE managent have us in a very good place right now.
Thank you JSL, Dr. Haber and the rest of the team
